Front desk training
Dashboard
This is a class that everyone should take but is especially directed towards the daily activities of the front desk and housekeeping. We will cover how to navigate the system and the use of the dashboard. You will also be shown where to find training video and other avenues of support.

 

Reservations
We will cover how to deal with all aspects of a reservation, including creating and modifying.  In the class , you will learn how to create single and multi-room reservations, learn how to extend long term stays, modify date, add guests, take payments and much more.

 

Accounts/Reports
For all the management people this class is for you! Find the reports necessary, create a rate plan and learn other necessary functions for managers.
